What are personal data?

Where and when are personal data collected and saved?

Dolosys only asks for names, email addresses and other necessary information if you have contacted us with a question using our contact form. We do not carry out a personal evaluation and analysis of these data.

All personal information is saved locally only on our protected mail server and only used for purposes that you have disclosed to us. 
When accessing our website, possible identifying data (IP address) and other information (date, time, files downloaded) are saved by our provider in the form of a log file for the purposes of data security. We do not carry out a personal evaluation and analysis of these data.

Information on distribution of personal data to third parties

Dolosys uses your personal information only within our own company and shares necessary data only with those service providers that have been instructed to fulfil agreements made with you. For example, we provide logistics companies with your requested delivery address for shipping.

Apart from the service providers named, your personal data and information will never be distributed to third parties if you have not expressly given your consent to do so or we are obliged to publish the data, for example, due to a legal decision or a request from authorities.

Use of the analytical tool Google Analytics

Like many other website operators, we use site statistics to determine the frequency of use and user numbers for the website.
