Clinical monitor of analgesic effect

As a medical device, the Paintracker can be used for clinical monitoring of both sedated patients in intensive care units as well as for outpatient pain therapy to determine the effect of analgesics, to avoid underdosing and overdosing and to optimise individual pain therapy.

Scientific analgesic parameters for clinical trials

In research studies, the Paintracker can be used to measure an objective and patient-independent parameter for analgesia. The effects of analgesics, the changes in these effects over time or other influences on pain processing can be studied using the device.
